A warning to all Frag Heads out there whom buy online from fra***x.com.
I just had the worst online purchase experiences with it.
Non delivery of my package needs to wait 3.5 months to get a refund.
And I do not get a full refund.
I was billed for the shipping which they advertised its free for order above 69USD. ( the always on going promo)
Their reply was that it was not their mistake so they will not be liable for the shipping.
So it had became my mistake all of a sudden.
End up I had to bear the cost when I do not know where they had addressed the package to.
In the USPS tracking, the package went for a round-the-US tour.

Anyway to cut the story short, for those who buy from them and get the stuffs, good for u.
For ppl like me, if there is a lost package, u will have wait 3 month minimum, ( after dunno how many emails insent to them which many were left un-responsed) and then pay for shipping cost of 'air' that was delivered to u.

Btw, another online store, per***e.com, shared the same physical factory address with fra***x.com
So good luck to those who wanna try the luck with fra***x.com or per***e.com.
They are obviously the same ( same address, same web page design n layout)
Seriously, are they stuffs really that cheap?

P.S. I do have the emails with me. Am thinking whether should I post it and let u guys be ur own judge.

to be fair the ppl you should be going to complain is DHL. have ordered from fragrancex many times alr and my experience has been good so far, receiving my items earlier than 2wks from time of order

I love perfumes too... but the problem with most perfumes is that the sillage is bad and/or it doesn't last. I know, I know, it is not supposed to be overpowering enough to frighten little girls but... we wear perfume mainly because we like smelling the nice smell right? :s13:

Perfume oils... now, that's another thing.

Most perfumes manufactured by P&G/Inter Parfums are weak I agree....maybe due to them being more profit-driven and care more abt maximizing output but compromise quality in the meanwhile?

Bro you're really the small % of the DHL six sigma standard that fails...I always get from them and still 100% record able to get my goods within 1 week. On a side note I've been to the local Jasina store and their prices are not really that fantastic, below average at best. Most brands are indeed from P&G. Guess they need to cover the expensive Singapore rental cost and need to jack up their prices a bit...But the Indian lady boss quite friendly and tell me no, they do not do Creed testers. Well maybe she's trying to smoke me :s22:

Hi,
I'm just sharing my experience.
Yes, I just think I'm unlucky.
Btw, the courier is USPS, not DHL.

And yes, Jasina does not always have the best price.
That's why if u wanna the best deal, u need to look ard.
There's are many perfume shops that sell at a better price than Jasina.

And that goes to online retailers as well.
To save a couple of dollars by online is not wise IMO.
Unless its rare or discontinued items, or having great discount, else I dun see the perks to order online. You guys are smart to do the maths.

I like the Chanel perfumes but they are weak too. I want to be overwhelming with my presence. :D

Got... for the weak perfumes, I always spray a lot... but my "presence" doesn't really increase proportionally. :vijayadmin:

Any recommendation for mildly sweet coconut note.
Seems pretty rare. So far, only managed to try out Virgin Island Water
