I highly suggest buying from well established splitters from facebook groups. A well known splitter was selling it for USD1/ml for a limited time. Buying from retail is like.... SGD3/ml?

Can try "Fragrance Swap". splitters are from US though, so expect ~2 weeks of shipping.

But then Aventus splitters are pretty much everywhere. basenotes, pretty much any huge facebook group will have people hosting splits...

Well, Cologne is actually a form of perfume (~5% scent) if you want to look at it very strictly. So IMO, no.

Yup. Eau de cologne, toilette, parfum all mean different concentrations of perfume or fragrance. If you are keen, you can read up on this article, which does a much better job of articulating the differences than I could:

It also explains the cologne=men theory also.
