RATES
Each credit is entitled to booking of a 2 hour timeslot. All credits have a expiry of 12 months.
1 credit $400 per credit Total: $400
10 credits $300 per credit Total: $3000
30 credits $200 per credit Total: $6000
MODE OF PAYMENT
(A) Full payment, cash or cheque crossed and addressed to The Physics Cafe.
(B) A security deposit of 50% of the credits to be placed. The deposit will be returned to the hirer when all credits are utilised and there are not breach of conditions of hire. Hirer will pay the credits in full only upon reservation of timeslots.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) All bookings are subject to confirmation.
2) Confirmation email will be sent within 3 business days.
3) The Physics Cafe Library will only confirm the booking when full payment of the credit is made.
4) There will be a 15 mins grace period before and after the time slot for the set-up and dismantle.
5) 50% of the rental fee is chargeable for cancellation with 5 or less business days notice.
6) 100% of the rental fee is chargeable for cancellation with 3 or less business days notice.
7) The Physics Cafe Library reserves the right to inspect training contents and evaluate the suitability of courses conducted at our premise.
8) The Physics Cafe Library is not responsible for the security or the loss or damage of any items brought in by the hirer for its events.
9) The hirer is responsible for all equipment and furniture in the library.

Location 51 Bishan Street 13, #03-02, Singapore (579799)
Exit Bishan MRT station (via CCL or NSL) and walk through the Bus Interchange. Bishan CC is just across the road.
You will see starbucks at level 1 of Bishan CC. Take the lift behindb STARBUCKS to level 3.
Estimated time from MRT: 5 mins
Capacity: 24 pax seated (1 credit) or 48 pax seated (2 credits)
Area: 400 sq ft (24 pax) or 800 sq ft (48 pax)
Uses: Classes/ Training/ Meeting
Hiring Schedule: Monday – Sunday
9.00 am – 10.00pm
