Playmobil doesn't seem to be as popular as LEGO in Singapore probably because of it availability and price range.

Although, I grew up with the LEGO system and am very familiar with its merits as an educational and creative toy, as an adult, I find Playmobil more appealing for toy photography and the plastic they are molded with makes them really easy to work with.

I have been following it for many years now and it has reached fever pitch where I am ordering more PM direct from Germany than I have space for...

Sadly, most of my Playmobil Friends resides overseas and there aren't even a handful that I know that buys not to mentioned, collects them locally.

Hence, I am trying to uncover any who shares my passion for them.
Feel free to upload any photos related to Playmobil or any particular set you are hunting down so we can hunt it down together.

Its more fun when it's shared.

I shall kick it off with some of the photography that I did using Playmobil as my subjects...

Ok... I just got the:"You do not have sufficient post count to post images/links. Please remove the images/links from your message, then you will be able to submit your post." Error message...

How many posts does one need to posts images or photos?

Same here. Playmobil has always been the premium toy for me too. Never had the budget for it as a kid...

Honestly, they are more asthetically appealing to me. I have tried dismantling, mix and matching the Playmobil and found that alot of thought actually goes into the matching of its colours.

This is my link: https://www.facebook.com/playmohohoho

Basically, these are current stuff from Playmobil direct from Germany.

I don't have keychains but if you go to Tanglin Mall Toyz Story, I know they stock some at the counter.

There are a few stores that stocks Playmobil. Parkway Parade, Millenia Walk, Tanglin Mall, Great World City, Harbour Front and I heard IMM too.
They are Playmobil's local distributor in Singapore.

However, we do not get the latest stuff which may not always be a bad thing...

You do realise that I sell them too right? Its cheaper than those you find in the stores but you have to wait for shipment if I do not hve ready stocks.

Well if there is an especially big set that you're looking for check with me. The local markup is more than 50%...

Wow! The last three are Playmobil of the last generation.
I think the pilot one is more feasible.

Go to my FB link and browse through my photo albums. Click on any photos for a closer look and price cum details.

I recommend the Special Plus. Those are how EVERYONE starts...
