anyone ever encounter mismatched parts? We ordered a playmobil Santa's Playhouse through RedMart and the 2 pieces of the roof were of the same side. RedMart offered a refund which we took but we still want to complete the set. Anyone able to advice. We also wrote to Playmobil in USA hoping for a response from them on the spare part.
