Really tempting. Many pros likes thin and light form factor, powerful configurations etc.

Some cons IMHO:

1. Soldered ram
2. Thick screen 'chin'
3. No TB4 (AMD constraint)
4. Questionable battery life?
5. No 16:10 screen (Personal preference)
6. Very expensive

I wouldn't buy a Razer, MSI or these niche brands. Once it breaks out of warranty, it's very difficult to find aftermarket or used parts.

This means if the manufacturer refuses to sell parts out of warranty (from what I've seen, Razer is not the friendliest to those who want to purchase aftermarket parts) then the tiniest part breaking means the whole thing is written off.

And they're not cheap in the first place.

Heard the other models have battery issues, not sure if it resolve

This laptop costs at least S$3,000 and above. Local warranty is 1 year. Other brands like ROG, etc have 2 years or more. Also, no RazerCare in SG?

I have a DA mini which cost me S$59. Yet it has 2 years warranty!

I won't go with Razer because I don't have a good experience with their products in the past. Their products are often overpriced in my opinion, which extends to their laptops as well. The worst part is, while on the surface, the laptop looks nice and slim. But in reality, they also run toasty and noisy because of the lack of cooling in that slim form factor. So why so much for a system that will not be able to maintain its fast speed?

Whenever we see a superthin laptop that promises Core i9-level performance with GeForce RTX 80 level graphics, we're always wondering what compromises had to be made behind users' backs. You just can't simply squeeze hardware designed for thick 17.3-inch form factors into a small 14-inch laptop without cutting some corners.
