I thought you mean cannot see anything is when you start up kakaka. I think maybe they fixed already never put the screen properly. Last time my phone came back from servicing with the from panel dislodged lol. I had to snap it back to place.

Thanks all,
It's really not fair to the consumer. Who would want to send in a bnib phone for repair just to get it to work.... I buy a new phone so that i can use it immediately, and it's not cheap to begin with...thus it's not unreasonable to ask for a replacement on the spot since this is already strike two.

I believe the staffs should have done it during the first servicing...since it's like an overhaul. Changing the motherboard n stuff. Doubt the blank screen has anything to do with software issue.

I wonder how much of the lemon law come into place and if the manufacturer will service it, is it acceptable. I thought 1st 7 days or something can be exchanged 1 to 1?

Hate to disappoint you. Mine is that and only once i encounter wake up but screen doesn't respond problem but i press power button and then home button again to turn it on and its fine already. Not much of an issue to be considered an issue for now. Other than that, i have absolutely no issue with this phone at all.

Frankly try to talk to them nicely and explain it's brand new. And it's kinda dead upon arrival. Request to speak with manager and explain nicely but firmly that this is really not acceptable. And request for 1 to 1 exchange. I feel it might work.

Using note 5 since launch day. Bought from qoo10 but I believe it's a singtel set. No issue at all with sleeping beauty. Experience a delay in waking up maybe once a week? But I NEVER off or restart my phone
