Mine works fine, could it be hotmail server thingy? Cos that time i got something regarding it from Microsoft that if you don't do something there could be sync issues for mails, calendars, etc.

Can't find any threads on it.. Are you using pop or imap or Ms Exchange? Can share the incoming and outgoing servers and ports? TIA!

Likely it's your phone having a corrupted binary for the radio.

I'm afraid u got no other choice but a reset already.

Resetted and exchanged Sim card. No fix.


I am guessing its due to the 6.0.1 update? So pek chek until I wanna sell off note 5 and get a mid range phone while waiting for note 8...

If u haven't gone down service center, go FB page complain a bit but don't be too mean lol Think the page admin will get you to drop a DM and probably special case, see if that helps.

Got one time my S2 suddenly wake up one morning hot like hell battery almost drain from 100% when i went to sleep and my SIM cannot detect then i went service center the engineer just reinstall my firmware then can le, so maybe they got a special way of doing it.

I'm using Nova launcher anyway, still gonna use it over Grace UI so i dunno if it's anything to get over. My phone running out of space already and i've moved my videos and photos to a backup. Dunno wtf is taking up so much space unless it's the apps i have.

Sold my note 5 about 6 mths back for 550. Bought a mi5 64gb for 440.

Then sold that for a mi5s plus 128gb for 558 with qoo10 $100 voucher

Latest cutting edge specs at $8 more. Phone is blazing fast with 6gb ram unlike my note 5.. Same form factor with 3800mah battery instead of 3000mah as well

Ndver going back to Samsung

I read people like got problem with Mi phone that i sian to switch already. Besides, dun like MIUI. I just wish that now Google has their own phone they'll release it worldwide and have manual control for their camera then i'll siam Samsung hehe.

It's just a launcher that makes the UI more like stock Android. It's not gonna get rid of the S-lag but it makes it more bearable to use lol.

From that popup, Open Settings> toggle off your 'Assistive Touch'.
If that doesn't help, then power off & boot in SAFE mode.
In safe mode, Application Manager>(affected app)> enable those permissions ... reboot.
