Galaxy Note 5 Active with a massive battery allegedly coming soon

Because of the curve, tendency will have bubble around the edge. It's very minimal, almost just like a tiny line initially for my Note4.

As time goes, less than a month, the gap/bubble becomes bigger. Very irritating.

Hopefully this doesn't happen for Note5.

Edit: After trying out a couple of glass SP for my Note4, I finally gave up and opt for those liquid type.

If doesn't want bubbles, another option is to opt for invisible shield (liquid type). But again, this type got their own cons.

Curve screen is like that. Even trap dust easily. -_-

Either get normal sp or liquid type would be better.

So far I only used 1. Not sure about the rest. The one I'm currently using feels like, and looks like naked. I like it. Clarity and sensitivity is definitely better than the previous screen protectors that I had used before.

Although it states 9H, I have my own reservation. So far still no scratches detected. But I'm using together with the Samsung LED wallet case for my Note4.

Edit: Still experimenting. Only can tell if really works after 5-6mths later. Was been told mine can last for 9mths. But usually liquid type need to apply after 6mths, I think. Now probably still too early to tell, as I only recently changed to liquid type.

I agree your sp looks really bad, but I agree with the store owner that it is more likely due to your curvier 2.5D screen than the sp itself. I learnt from my note 4 days that not all Samsung screens are alike!

I would second this as well. When note 4 came out, my sister, cousin, and friend bought the Note 4. My cousin and sister's curve not so bad, a bit of halo at the side only. My friend one the halo also very bad. The curves at the side starts before the screen ends. End up he give up use normal matte screen protector. The left and right sides are just nice to cover the screen only, and even then still got a bit of gap on the side.

Not all the Note 4 screen had the same amount of curve, and it seems the same might be true for Note 5 too.

Then I guess you can call to ask for available stocks and ask them to reserve a set for you?

now they follow like iPhone cannot reserve but based on my experience Samsung stock come faster than iPhone.

Yes. Liquid type. 2 cloth inside. Use Cloth 1 clean the screen first. Then Cloth 2 (where the chemical resides in) wipe circular around the screen and wait for few minutes before using the given microfiber cloth to give a final wipe. The shop sales person apply for me. Video on website got shows how to apply in the event u prefer to apply ownself.

Shop said after application, better not to use alcohol to wipe in daily use, as the "coating" is chemical afterall. Not glass. Just use normal microfiber cloth to wipe away any dirt or grease or fingerprints.

This one I bought is expensive. That time I bought at $40 after promo discount. But after spending more than $40 in total for different glass SP, I just hack care.

(Edit-addon: I was so piss off with my different glass SPs, at one point I was considering to use naked, without any protectors). So when I saw this, i just buy and give it a last try, test it out. If liquid also no good, I will stop using any protectors.)

Surprisingly, it turned out well. So far so good. The clarity is good. The sensitivity is great. Was been told the "coating" can last for 9 mths. Me still experimenting. To play safe, I'm using a wallet casing, the Samsung LED wallet flip case, 1mth+

So far I dropped once. No crack. No damage. But I'm using flip case. So probably is due to flip case protection. Not sure. Using S pen over it from day 1. No scratches so far. Cross finger. Hehe.

Even the shop also dare not say it will protect from scratches, despite the packaging states 9H. U can google this one. Got video shows testing with scissor. But I have my own reservation regarding it.

Stated material from Japan. From website, company (distributor i think) is from HK. G-CASEInternational

I think the pricing marked up quite a bit here. If u could find online, or even Malaysia, better. Should be much cheaper.

Hopefully other relatively cheaper liquid type works the same, and gives similar quality. Saw liquid type selling at Westgate Samsung outlet @ ard $15? Can't remember. Different brand tho'.
