i think is a bug. my issue is after u swipe screen to unlock, it shows use fingerprint or enter pin, i use fingerprint cannot unlock

At first I used the pin to login. Then I try finger print also can login.

is it as power saving mode?

Wait for Android N, u turn off your phone right away kick in liao, even better power saving.

I really need to factory reset, someone 4G can get 5hrs SOT lol. I wifi only whole day can't even reach 4hrs. But my Instagram is top app usage though so a lot of downloading and white screen.

Haha, after I update, my lockscreen sometimes will display "use fingerprint to unlock" sometimes display "swipe screen to unlock" but I ish use fingerprint leh... lollipop always show "use fingerprint to unlock" when home button or power button being pressed... why huh? I no factory reset after update...

U go LOCATION and check see if you have location unlock. Cos i enable that and it 's doing exactly what u mention then i found that it suck balls and not consistent so i disable it and back to always fingerprint now.

I wanted to do it cos if it detect i'm home, don't need fingerprint, just swipe but apparently, it's not steady enough to be use lol.

music app issue fixed also. in lollipop, when there is notification, music stop completely > play notification tone > music continue. now instead of stop, it fades out (but music still playing softly), then fades in again

Mine was fade out leh then fade back in. I think maybe you had a settings that stop completely?

** MM breaks use of third party fonts??? **
After reset, my RobotoCondensed font install liao cannot apply, it says "Font not supported" !#@$ before reset i was still using it! tried a few fonts from playstore n GalaxyApp all same problem. Seems like MM also breaks font apps like iFont & Fontfix

Any guru here finds a solution please share here ya, thanks!

Ya u didn't know meh? There's different way you can choose to unlock your lockscreen with trusted device, person, or location.

i tried the smart lock using BT, so far ok.
hmmm seems like cannot use third party lock. If I lock using the Power key, no more swipe nonsense, it pops direct to the fingerprint unlock screen. But if i lock using Nova gesture or Greenify lock, it pops swipe screen then numberpad screen then have to key in my pin lolx. Cannot detect my fingerprint.

nah, hope developers can find a work around. no root for now since sung became abKnoxious with their warranty nonsense.

There is no workaround for that except root. Once you hv root, Nova will prompt you that you can use root to work around some of the issues, allow it and you can hv gesture lock and unlock to your home screen without having to type in password or whatever lock you hv set. Same goes to Greenify. Greenify even has auto hibernation when screen off if rooted

You don't hv to worry abt Knox on ur note 4,try that and u will see

Oh I know liao, I using those soft lock key on my home screen, that's why got the swipe screen thingy, if lock using power key, is fingerprint thingy...

I wanna if factory reset will be better. When first time i got my Note 5 i can hit 6hrs SOT on full wifi with about 20-24hrs between charge and most of the time is for FB and Instagram, i don't watch video on my phone. So i was REALLY impressed. Unless of course Samsung's battery sucks big time.

thanks for sharing...still hopeful la. For auto hibernation, no problem, I've work around for that. ya almost rooted the note 4 when warranty expire but I find the My Knox encryption quite useful

Same. It's supposed to be like that after a reboot.
