i think you really suay. so far for me from note 1 to note 5 never encountered any lemon sets.

quite impressed wit the battery life no power saving mode or any setting all at factory defaults . coming from a note 4 definitely satisfied

IMO u keep all the evidence of the repair, go small claims court. Lemon law has activated as rightly pointed out by the others earlier.

The company selling u the phone should be answerable. Just like i buy a Mercedes here in SG I don't go Germany to claim from them right?

Check out which app is using the most data.
If you do not need the app, you can slide the slider to prevent the app from using data (or uninstall the app from Play Store)

32gb only if you are using whatsapp
and call. Also has the habit of transferring photo to computer.

i went to laghub that day , they all ganged up to talk rot and push to manager. The cso went in to ask thr manager and the manager said no. Knn... im just like i want this settle amicably but yea just dont wana make a scene

But I thought u will need to be given a copy of repair receipt? U have to sign the repair slip right?
If somehow don't have, take a pic of it as evidence. U need such evidence in court..

If they dare to gang up and guai lan I don't think banging table will have effect.
Maybe cry and plead like the Viet guy and get posted on fb would.. But what I would do is to do the proper way.
Gather evidence then sue them via small claims court. See who is bigger, their no one-to-one exchange policy big, or the SG Law big.
