Is the fast charging wireless pad as fast as wired fast charging or just faster than the conventional wireless charging pad?

Faster than conventional charging pads, but not equivalent to the cable attached to fast charger..

I would say the fast wireless charger is only very slightly slower than direct fast charging

For this i agree man.. saw quite alot of reviews on the wireless charging pad and I guess it's a leap from previous technology.. looking forward to own a note 5 and somehow psycho people to give me a free fast charging pad. Hahas...

There's no AC Charger right? But funny thing is i read on their own website that says wall charger included duh!

$98 for it is too ex without wall charger sia. I think at Qoo10 it's selling at $49 but Korean import.

Oh yeah, i read that wireless charging makes your phone damm hot. Is it still like this on Note 5?

You can wait for promotion hah. See Marina got redemption going on. Now iPhone preorder out, Samsung should have a lot of promotion. I had no intention to get it actually cos can't imagine paying like around $300+ for it then go online check out recontract got all sorts of 80, 100 and 30 off so just whack lol.

My combined calls time since Jan i think not more than 60mins lol and yet i have 300 mins free outgoing every month :p so i figure no point having more call time and that 1200 SMS while i always need to watch out for my data. Now with all HD content and large photos that measly 2GB is really a joke. Now at least with 7.25gb i can rest easier.
Last time I used to have the $25 plan for many years. and I am holding the old 10GB 1MBPS free mobile broadband. Until Singnet gave me nightmare, change to 1GB 7.2 Mbps. From then on, I change to Combo 2 with 2 GB data. I added on additional 1 GB at $8.57 / mth.

I can't survive on 1GB man. I don't even stream movies and the videos i watch are all short ones where people post on FB or Instagram. Even so, average data use a day is about 300-400mb on weekend and around 200mb on weekdays. I goto use an app to monitor my daily data usage and sound warning if i exceed or almost exceeding it. They seriously should let people roll over the unused data.

Yes, I agree on that. They should let people roll on those unused data. I also watched those short stream movies. For App, you may try 3G Watchdog. Been using that for years and over many phones.

Using Onavo count, i can set my data reset day and also daily, weekly and monthly warning so it has been rather useful. Also tell me which app uses most data. I guess most apps does the same thing, just which one is nicer and more efficiently written haa.

I agree on that. That is the problem about Apps. Basic functions are the same. The only difference is the interface and how it is written. I am noob to app writing.

This is a problem when you get non tech people running a tech company (can they be considered one?). They perception and vision is totally different. With profits in mind they'll do just enough, which in a way is not wrong since it's a business after all but problem is the colluding between the 3 companies to bring down the data cap. If their reason was cos people are hogging the bandwidth with video streaming, which i think WAS their reason then throttle it for people with aggressive video downloads. Problem is now 4G speed getting faster but data cap so low, it's as good as not having it.

The FAST wireless charging DOEN'T heat up the phone and there is no "damn hot" issues at all
