The FAST wireless charging DOEN'T heat up the phone and there is no "damn hot" issues at all

Woooo u guys are tempting me haha. But it's a long term investment i guess, especially since it beats having a USB port dock and keep changing cos it goes from USB 2 to USB 3 then back to 2 again. With the wireless pad, u can keep using it over. Samsung smart haha, get people addicted to wireless charging then people will probably continue to buy their phones.

For this i agree man.. saw quite alot of reviews on the wireless charging pad and I guess it's a leap from previous technology.. looking forward to own a note 5 and somehow psycho people to give me a free fast charging pad. Hahas...

Wa, I actually got the charging pad for free and kept aside. Thinking whether to use it or sell it off. haha

I already see portable battery packs that support the Snapdragon fast charging on Amazon, dunno when they will arrive in SG.

This is a problem when you get non tech people running a tech company (can they be considered one?). They perception and vision is totally different. With profits in mind they'll do just enough, which in a way is not wrong since it's a business after all but problem is the colluding between the 3 companies to bring down the data cap. If their reason was cos people are hogging the bandwidth with video streaming, which i think WAS their reason then throttle it for people with aggressive video downloads. Problem is now 4G speed getting faster but data cap so low, it's as good as not having it.
Too bad we only have "competition" here, so nobody bothers to innovate. Give us roads with no speed limit, but we are only allowed to ride a bicycle missing 1 wheel on the roads. While countries like Taiwan get unlimited data, with 3G speeds comparable to our 4G.

I think speed wise we don't really "need" that fast. Even 50mbps is fast enough. Don't even know why the telcos are marketing about LTE and how fast they are when they giving us such low data cap. What i'm even more amazed is them shamelessly boasting about the extra 1GB :s13:

The only way for them to actually do something is there's a mass boycott of their mobile data services by cancelling the line. If there's true competition and it come to this then i got nothing to say but all 3 coming together to do this to us is pretty despicable. I wish Google would come in as a telco and show them the middle finger.

whats with the wireless charging hype? the wireless charger is still connected to a cable that is plug to the wall and your phone has to be on top of that wireless charger.

seems like its worse than a normal charger where i can charge and use since the cable is long enough..if i do wireless charging, the phone has to be stagnant on top of the wireless pad right? then whats the purpose of wireless here lol

The hype is on the technology behind samsung's wireless charging, not the physical technology of wireless charging leh..

Personally I will still fall back on wired charging at home, but maybe at office I'll use wireless charging lor. Run for lunch also will be faster than others trying to unplug their cable from the phone.. :D

Hate the plugging in and unplugging. It's for convenient mostly la. I personally won't make calls on the phone or not try to use it while it's plugged in. If need to call i'll bluetooth it. And if i really need to use it i'll just use sidesync.

Your argument is like mine when i heard of wireless 2.1 speakers lol
