Anyone use COLUMBUS cream polish before?

I read that cream polishes are better for the shoe than hard polishes like Kiwi. But where to find cheap cream polishes??? (don't want exp Saphir or stupid instant shines)

Columbus is an old brand from Japan; been in the scene for over a 100 years! They are good and reliable; but objectively speaking, they don't smell very good. Their prices are pretty reasonable though. You can find them at OG's Men's department.

"Cheap" is relative; are you comparing to the price of Kiwi?

When it comes to shoe shine and maintenance, it's not so much of the price; but the whole tedious process is making you shoes sparkling brand new. It takes a quite while to get a half-way decent shine...

Getting Saphir locally

Hi all,

Big fan of Saphir. I used to get mine overseas with my friends and have them shipped over. Can be costly but very worth it. But recently, I found a local online store that sells Saphir products. You guys should check them out: shoetree.sg. Their prices are not bad and shipping is free too.: s17:

Actually I have used a Kiwi horsehair brush before. texture isn't bad, but not sure about the shedding. Considering getting a few good ones from Kirby Allison
