How are Dr. Martens, Rockport as compared to Aldo in terms of leather shoes?

Navy with red brick very hard to find, cheapest I know is Sanders, around 350-400. Dr. Martens is cheaper but this season this color combination is not made for derby shoes.

At your size, I can find you Dr. Martens Lester Tan Chera Wax Canvas but all others are out of stock.

Lester Tan Chera Wax Canvas is available but 1461 navy (specifically the red sole one) is not available. Other color soles are available (blue sole, yellow sole etc). 1461 is always made in a lot of varieties and colors.
