anyone has a trick or 2 on how to prolong ur sneakers lifespan? cos if u wear liao after dat long time no wear the rubber will crack especially e sole... any idea?

for sneakers with polyurethane midsoles, for example, Nike Air Max, wear them regularly, like once a week or once a fortnight. regular wear ensures that the midsoles remain soft and flexible, and will not crack like in the case if you were to wear them once every few months.
