Hello Gangsterkia, recently i bought ownday lens with pc lens option. Noticed there are alot of small marks embedded around the len. They do not seem to be scratches but something else. Care to share your opinion on it?

They have the normal buffalo horns and the “unica”/unique buffalo horns(marbling of the horn looks more define).

Was at Jamco last Saturday. The is new arrival of Horn series but it is ivory white and is not cheap at all.

Consider frames with thin temple/temple tips e.g. Swiss flex or Lindberg RIM series. Though they are costly from 400-800.
But they are really durable and can take a lot of rough usage.

My son 11 year old has been advised for pair of cycloplegic refractional transition glasses with near add - his degree are as below right eye -550/-175/175–va 6/7 5.2 and left -575/-225/175 va 6/9+2 and near add is +2.50 for both eyes —- pls advise which one I should go

Hi Gangsterkia - apology if I was not clear - I wanted to check which brand of glass I should go also given it is for 11 year old what will be best use of money also meaning if it necessary to go very costly high end or normal one will also be ok

You can consider from price lowest to higher

1)myopilux PLUS(not max)-essilor
2)myokids-zeiss

These are the 2 which can do photochromatic/turning dark when your kids goes outdoor

Usually ophthalmologists would pair the treatment with the progressive lens design which is the first 2 options. You can see which option the optometrist would recommend you.
