Do you spend many hours outdoor? How Long do you use the computer for usually in a day?

I wanna make a specs.
But not sure what to choose. But probably have transition and PC protection together with progressive lens.

I spend probably 8 hours outdoor and 12 hours on computer.
My existing specs always release oil on the side of the frames.

Wait... so you sleep about 4 hours a day?

8hours outdoor then yeah probably transitions are a good idea.

But if you are also spending 12 hours looking at a computer, maybe get an office lens too. Looking at a computer for Long hours with progressives is tiring. Office lens at least you don’t have to tilt/adjust your head so much.

Hi all, I need to replace my 2+ years old Oakley Splinter frame. I think the frame size is perfect for me but the rubber socks on the side is subject to wear and tear and I had to replace it every now and then. I was thinking of replacing it with thinner frame, lightweight and comfortable. Any recommendation for a titanium made frame? I can’t use other metal/alloy frames as I have allergies to certain metals.

Also, recommendations for lens? I’m currently using Shamir Blue Zero with anti-fatigue. Mainly use glasses for computer, gaming and reading.

many brands with titanium. depending on your budget. best to go down to a shop and have a look. as long as it is titanium, shouldnt be a problem.

The current lens is good. Unless you are not satisfied, then can switch. I usually recommend eyezen from essilor or unless customer requests other brands then we go from there.

left eye ok, right eye pretty bad...lazy eye

spend many hours in front of pc
by evening, often found myself reading the screen with right eye closed subconsciously

any idea what kind of glasses/lenses i need?
only intend to use for pc

where is a good place to get without being chopped carrot?
estimated price range?

Lindberg probably Jamco, the other 2.. I not too sure. Many shop carries silhouettes and Oakley.

Digital lenses/antifatigue lenses comes with blue light filter too.

Price range from 200+ onwards(depending on your prescription).

so i just ask for Digital lenses/antifatigue ...so owndays/zoff etc dun have

btw can do 1 side higher refractive, 1 side normal to save cost
my left eye is near perfect

Means one eye see clear for near the other eye will see blur. Is that what you prefer?

Cost vs effectiveness. I think doing for both would be the better option instead of saving.
