Wonder what is the price range for these?

Have had my current glasses for more than 2 years. Did an eye exam at capitol @ raffles city last year but have yet to use the prescription. Got the numbers off my ZenniOptical account (created but haven't bought from them )

OD - Right (SPH) -6.50 (CYL) -1.25 Axis 10
OS - Left (SPH) -4.75 (CYL) -2.50 Axis 170

NV-ADD None

PD 70

Maybe have to incur more charges due to bad eyesight?

Basic comfort 3.0 will be at 420 RRP, Physio 3.0 560, X-design 720 , X track 840 and 1more Xclusive 1100(edited)(transitions add-on 230 more iirc)

All these are for 1.50 index AND without transitions. The promo only works when you buy a transitions *progressive* lenses then they will give you a sunglass/tinted Progressive pair of lens *FOC*(but you must purchase your own frame) and the degree for the free lenses must be the same as your purchased pair(means cnt use for family members/friends).

The recent X series lenses are a new launch of lenses that have comfortably wide viewing area for intermediate and near. Price-wise also cheaper compared to other Brand’s. But of course there are still better lenses out there with even wider field of view.

hmm IMHO, you cant really compare, since both are different. Both are outstanding in their own ways.
One has outstanding advertisements, another has outstanding quality

I still haven't decided on my next pair of lenses. Now deciding between Nulux V+ and Zeiss Individual SV. I have talked to several optometrists and they are saying that Zeiss coating might not be as long lasting as Hoya. And truth to that?

I would like to take the opportunity to clarify some doubts or questions as i answer your question.

Be it brand A, B or C. Coming from a neutral standpoint, i feel coating wise they are generally all alright. Brand C's coating might be a bit tougher than B. But it is also reflected on the price point. Brand A might be the worse of the lot in terms of the coating, highly likely the price is the cheapest as well.
Of course as consumers we would like to have the best bang for our buck, but we must also be realistic. In terms of general use, i find the quality/coating all alright. If there is problems with the coatings, you can always bring it up to the shop and have it rectified. Of course, they should be able to last you for quite awhile provided you handle with care. Some people might argue they don't handle with care and the coating from a certain brand still last - Well, if it works for you then continue using that brand then. Everybody have different preferences and you won't know what brand of lenses work for you untill you try them out, especially so when it is spectacle lenses (Varifocals especially). When you go for a consultation at the optometrists or opticians, the onus is on them to recommend what they feel is good when they ask you questions. Also, would't hurt to let them know what you want. I am sure they would do their best to recommend what they feel is better for you. Of course certain shops would prefer to sell a certain product. It is up to you to request for a different lens if you know what you want. Most people usually leave it to optometrists/opticians. Any problem they would just return and troubleshoot.

I believe both are lasting and good. Shops that promote certain brand more will surely say those brands are better Or even better than others. Though there's some truth on these phrase ''you pay for what you get''.''THOUGH I seen individuals using a ''less-branded'' brand for many years and their lenses still fine as compared to others who used these brands but within 1.5years, already very scratched''(edit).

The end results still depends on the user themselves,how they take care of the lenses e.g. cleaning, wearing habits and etc..

L: 600 - 300 x 156
ADD +150
PD: 74

Was recommended to use Hoya mystyle (modern) progressive lens with bluecontrol as i am on PC/laptop 10-12 hrs per day. Is there any other brand of lens that i can research on besides this brand?

Yup possible to get something more than decent.

A pair of Agnes B frame + 1.67 index lenses, maybe?
