Do you think hitop lenses can work for rimless? I want to try rimless as a second pair of specs, but don’t want to spend so much on lens for when it breaks/chips.

Can lar. Whether hi top or hoya, all can be made for rimless. U handle with care lor should be fine.

What if its not broken, just heavily scratched and frame colour faded. Can just do re-painting and buy another 10 or more years time? I also have problem finding frames i truly like nowadays.

Yeah. The shop gave gave 30% off rrp. You can take the brochure and calculate yourself. Other brands like Crizal and Hoya also 30% off.

Oh, u mean the authenticity card will indicate whether the lens is 1.67 or 1.6?

Haven’t seen a lens authenticity card yet hence not sure..

can also share where to make cheap high astigmatism lense?

I don't like expensive lenses, it always get scratched easily.

1.67 would be better, Steffan are quite thin, so 1.6 would be quite obvious in thickness.

Cheap high astigmatism... I think can still look at those shop I recommended before. I can let you know who to look for.

Edit:Cheaper lens, you can look for 1.67 extender cyl OSS lens.
