hey tks for sharing this image of zeiss certificate card

thing is last time my essilor crizal the whole certificate card was hand written, except for the card with the essilor logo

nowadays they can duplicate uni degree cert so easily, that's why I prefer to be more careful with my specs cert card

concern is of course getting what you pay for and not a lens of cheaper quality, especially if there is no logo engraving, they can just give the singapore "kwang mei(sp?)" local brand lens

For essilor lens only some of the lens brand like Varilux physio axio then they will have a cert card. if you want to look i may also post it on.

Just prescribed a new pair of specs from Kwong Shin Optical last night. Have always appreciate their service. Annie was great to talk to and seek advice/recommendation. Highly recommended.

Can't wait.

anybody can answer me?

plus does JB optical shop better and cheaper?

nobody can answer me question?

anyway i see 1 not bad looking TED BAKER spec promotion 198 for the lense.

then i ask the lense, they say for HOYA lens index 1.67 wif multi-coat need to + $180

then i ask for essilor lens index 1.67 wif multi-coat need to + $150

so all my questions are:

1)Does JB optical shop sells more varieties and cheaper? anybody been there?

2)Which is more worth the money? HOYA or Essilor?

3)normaly spectacle it's best to have which kind of function? like multi-coat? or what UV protection or wat anti-glaring if u use too much computer?

4) does $198 for a normal looking TED BAKER worth it with the HOYA/Essilor lens i mention above?

somebody please help me!

Recently asked for Essilor airwear lens from 2 optical shops in different locations...I didn't ask for anything else like coating etc..just lens..the shop at shopping mall quoted me $160+, the other at HDB neighbourhood quoted me $78+
Can the shop sell at their own price?.. or at least near the recommended retail price...I'm going to ask around other optical shops again to confirm the price range..

Anyone know Essilor airwear lens recent prices? thanks

Adios..
