kz need help on smth since bibi_lala is in the trade..

my astigmatism is pretty bad like 250 thereabouts and mypia is bout 700 odd..

am a lil fussy with my lenses, so am looking at gd ones with multi coating tt lasts..
some of the ones i have used over the years tend to peel after a year..

wat is the highest index lense i can get and which manufacturer would you recommend?
eg. hoya, essilor..

Plastic Highest index will be 1.74
U can try Nikon's(under essilor) / Seiko's 1.74..

Glass will be 1.9 from AO.. But mostly ppl take 1.8...

For mutli coat, dun ever use mama lemon all this to wash ur lens... And nv nv rub ur lens too hard..

hm i was always given the impression tt i should be using mama lemon for washing lenses...to remove facial oil, sweat etc..
wat would you recommend instead? besides the funky ultrasonic cleaning device most optical shop uses?

must pay one meh?...just go into one and browse and try some specs...while trying ask the person serving you to help you clean the lenses...am sure it will be FOC

For NS, you can wear any specs, as long as not flashy kind, eg. White, red. During BMTC (1st 3 months) you may be required to wear a more tactical color, eg. Blue, Green, Black. All depends on your company. Can wear metal frames, not just ugly plastic black thick frames
