long sighted is a common problems for ppl without short sightedness when they age what

You might want to explain why alot of short sighted people have to have 2 pair of spectacles then, 1 for reading, 1 for normal wear.

Fyi, lasik will deteriorate over time. And when you age, you become long sighted then how?
How does it deteriorate? Lasik is not even (as of now) meant to treat presbyopia - its just for myopia correction. Expecting it to treat presbyopia is like eating panadol for diarrhea.

You might want to explain why alot of short sighted people have to have 2 pair of spectacles then, 1 for reading, 1 for normal wear.
Which is why there's even more reason to go for lasik - only one pair of specs to carry around.

Btw, i have an uncle and auntie both in their 50s and with presbyopia. Both said it was the best thing they've done in their life even though they still have to wear reading glasses.

Just bought my eyeglasses frame from ebay. Any recommendations for a place to make only lenses? I'm ~200 deg both eyes. Last time I did was at Yes! at Suntect cost me $70, or are there any more resonable/professional places that won't spoil my frames? Thanks.

Hi guys, I was thinking of buying an oakley prescription frame online. Is it possible to bring the frame to any of the reputable shops eg. capitol optical to get the lens done for it even though it is not bought locally? I was thinking of the Oakley wingspan btw.

I'm using Hoya 1.67 aspherical multi-coat. I think for your prescription, $150 more than enough. :)
