To customer with marker on lens, Spell the shop name out man.

SERIOUSLY, I cant stand optical shop who are not meticulous enough TO EVEN GET SIMPLE THINGS RITE!

Never bother QC, or remedy... Can be washed by mild soap but never bother. We really need to know the optical shop name, to deter those of us who take pride in eyewear stuff not patronising them

Hi, i believe these comments were linked back to my qns on "marker" dot on lens.

There are actually 2 tiny black dots on my lens (2nd dot not visible in the photo), unable to clean off with the Zeiss cloth provided. I wonder is this a one off, as my dad's specs didnt have this problem in the same store. Its located at a corner near the frame. Not very obvious, so didnt bother to go back and ask them. Is there a simple soultion to wipe it off?

at queensway shopping centre? which shop unit anyone knows?

for mass order... i only managed to find mamalemon92's mass order...

been to a number of heartland stores... prices are all fixed it seems. and expensive!! Oakley Coined (titanium) costs $450!

does your place has any frames tat suit broad faces? preferably light & flexible as well. Its very hard finding frames with temples which dont touch the sides of my head. Any recommend?

How is the 17 obtained? Is it the distance between nose pads or the distance between the edges of the rims closest to the nose? Some frames having the same measurement not necessarily felt the same distance apart.

Length of the nose bridge. 1 corner of the lens to the other corner.

Looking at the closest distance between the 2 lens.
