The SmartBuyGlasses.com.sg site is it legit or fake? Doesn't seems like a Singapore kind of style, but payment via enets seems to be allowed :o

Probably what's the new coat type is for. Similar for their other brand counterparts.

Hi, any one know of decent optical shops in tampines area? Or somewhere near tamp. Planning to get a new set of specs. My degree is very high at 1600 for left eye and about 1200 for right eye. I have 1.8 index lenses currently.

Hi,

Anyone knows where to find those black plastic frames which are commonly worn by people in Hong Kong or Taiwan?

shampoo for glasses spectacles

hey, if you go japan, you may want to get these shampoo specially for glasses :)

these are very mild wash for your glasses/spectacles.

dun worry, it won't wash away your precious coatings.

decided to get tag heuer frames....either the automatic or l-type....will be getting from france next week...any opinions from those who use tag's frames? any other brands worth hooting....require 2 spectacles have not decided the 2nd one yet...and also which transition lens is better crizal or hoya? both sg prices around 300+ for 100+ degrees

Wash and make sure you keep it dry

Cannot just use mild hand soap?

If lenses are coated.
For example
Crizal, hoya and their hvp and sft coating, Zeiss lotutec and duravision, Teflon.... etc rinsing through and wiping with a microfiber cloth would take off most visible oil. Pretty much any surface you can reach.

If the cloth doesn't clean off the oil so much, either it's not absorbent or it's dirty.

Unless you have experience with a particular soap, use at own risk.
Or bring back to your own retailer tell them you bought the glasses there and ask them to make it clean. Generally no charges.

Any bros here know whether the following is authentic?

quite hard...
don't mean to sound bias but the location of the retailer is already suspect. not to mention the cost. and the case as well.

hopefully, with the manufacturing shifted to china in the recent years for Oakley. it's actually real but sold by the factory.

for that price , if price and the look is a factor, it's not such a bad bargain. actually frame here costs over $400?
