exclude rick owens and damir doma (+ his SILENT line), tried/owned a few pieces but not completely satisfied with the fit.

a good tailor isn't going to make a normal slim fit tee longer, unfortunately.

hmm.. you may try out M-wanted.com? Their clothes are imported from Korea, i bought 2pieces for my BF in view of its promo launch.. the mat'l + cutting is quite good ^^ just that the designs are quite limited...

If you looking at a good tee... go to CK underwear store @ city link.
Their basic black tee is damn good. Comfy yet not thin.... very cooling as well. Length is good too. You wont regret.
