Hi. Please recommend a mens wallet that meets these requirements:
- Waterproof or at least sweat proof.
- Can contain many cards. The more the better.
- Has coin compartment.

Thanks.

Edit: went back a few pages and saw nightawl does custom wallet. Besides nightawl any other sellers? Thanks.

Also is croc skin more water/sweat resistant? My past wallets all rot after a while due to leaving in pocket and sweat. Searched online and US has some waterproof materials like SlimFold, FlowFold. Any similar ones I can get here? Thanks.

Is it because you all always consiously take and leave the wallet out of pocket? For me i always leave in side pocket. After a few months rot and smelly already due to sweat.

Please recommend me one that can last and wont smell bad even after prolonged usage.

Hi, deciding between a ysl or bottega wallet (both billfold). Which one would be a better choice in terms of quality and durability? I've heard that the silver ysl logo might fade after some time, is this true? Also, does have a coin pouch spoil the wallet?

Go with a more durable leather that's also water resistant, such as chevre, epsom or saffiano. All those should be more durable and not absorb sweat, thus it won't "rot". But of course, if you foresee yourself sitting down for a long period of time, better to remove your wallet. Especially if your wallet is thick, don't hurt your spine!

What about croc skin? Is it water resistant too? Thanks.

It depends on the tanning and finishing, some are water resistant but some are not. But of those that I've handled, most are water resistant and quite durable, as the scales themselves are quite tough.

This is matte navy, but very hard to photograph. See in person will be more accurate, as the colour changes depending on the light.

And this is glossy navy.

Gorgeous...

Makes me feel like retiring my 7 year old <USD100 wallet.

Never felt the need to change it until now. :s13:

Hi. Question for all. How do you keep/manage your cards? I have many cards (debit/credit cards, ezlink/flashpay, membership cards, nric, driver's license, etc) which add up to more than 16 cards. Wallets without an extra middle flap will not be able to hold all my cards.

Do you all carry an extra card holder to contain the less frequently used cards? Where do you put the card holder then? In bag? In car? Thanks.

Daily essentials like cc cards that I use often, driver license, ic n stuff goes into my wallet. The other cards go into my card holder that i keep in my bag.

Thanks for the compliment guys, I'm glad you are both enjoying your wallets! The green/black croc was a fantastic choice.

Sharing more photos of pyro009's wallet with the maroon chevre interior. It is a new, compact bifold design.
