For slimmest wallet, what do you all recommend?

Ideally 1 compartment only. 4 cards, 3 flat keys, some coins.

The good old Goldlion 6-key wallet with coin compartment and currency notes compartment.

Behind the key holder can slide 1 cc / atm

I put my wallet in my front pants pocket together with my phone
But I noticed that after one year the leather of the back of the wallet will have marks like “pimples” which I currently have.

This happen with other wallet Brands too.
Either marks or pimples
Really wonder how come this happen.

That key holder is kinda cool .... but won’t they break your bank cards?
Don't think so. Our bank cards are made of pretty thick plastic.

Dear henabi, this is how the back of my wallet looks like.

I used previous brands of wallet either had a “burnt” mark or this “pimple” problem which my current wallet has.

Happens on smooth leather or grained calfskin.

I brought back my previous wallet to the shop and the sales Assoc said that could be the heat that cause these marks.

But I never put the wallet in back pocket and sit on it so unlikely heat from my ass.

Maybe it’s heat from my phone cos I put my phone and wallet is same front pants or jeans pocket or heat from my thigh

At first I thought it was natural scarring from the animal ... but most wallet makers would not use

I have actually seen similar marks many years ago on my jap colleague's wallet. He told me it was cigarette ashes.

Not implying anything but heat could indeed be the cause of the mini indentation marks.
