First time bring out my turtle and guess what. I noticed that I have to adjust the date and while I was adjusting it simply stopped moving. Now I can't adjust both the date and the day. Gotta return it

You can damage the date/day mechanism if you adjust date/day when they are in the process of changing over..

Hope it's not that, and just a lemon issue.

I don't know, probably can fix la. Not sure if easy fix though.

Maybe you can try advancing the time to past 6 and see how it goes.

Advance the watch to the next day using the minute/hour hand and see if the date changes.

I mean when I'm in the date day changing mode, no matter what direction is turn (clockwise for date, anti for day), it doesn't change. Only when I change the time and go to a complete 24 hr then it will change.

Update: I've been told by lazada that I have to ship it back and let them check before allowing an exchange. Since the warranty card is from Skywatches, is there a way if I can go down to Skywatches directly instead? Any Bros can help
