imo, regulating takes time and patience, although its a simple job. not forgetting he has so many watches to service

i got one chrono quartz with a stuck split second hand, he also don't want to do for me
its a cheap watch, so no point also, maybe one day when I'm too free, I'll open up the watch to see if I can nudge it to move
