Doesn't sync at where I'm staying.

Some forumer reported that their G Shocks multi-band 6 do sync at where they are staying (high levels).

We can however force it to sync to Tokyo time using the JJY Simulator app. Google it.

ok great thanks. :o

Haha actually my paranoia comes across stronger in this thread than in real-life. I don't mind buying a new one to mod it. But the hands and dial are hard to source and are pretty pricey now.

Now my decision is just to go K2 on saturday to align the bezel(to correct my OCD) and just to get his opinion on whether it needs servicing.

Just think of it this way... What is the worst that can happen if you don't service?

Maybe the watch can cease to function all together? Since everything has dried up, the gears grind against each other too much, the hands stick etc. It's like curing cancer at stage 1. Stage 4 too late liao. But I doubt that all those will happen to my Speedy anytime soon lol.

I most likely won't be servicing it liao. Just to align the bezel. -19s in 68hrs is not too bad too I guess.

Just go get it regulated somewhere. I can't live with a watch running slow like that. A little fast is okay. But not slow.

Can regulation be done in a day? Not gonna go to K2 to do it cause he said it's very troublesome lol.
