The watch that displaces my MM300!

Urgh! Can this be true!? I’m not sure but ever since I bought the Squale 3 months ago, all other non-coloured watches like the MM300 and the Submariner look so dull. Luckily for the Steinhart Ocean GMT which has an orange GMT hand, escaped been labelled a dull watch by me.

Just don't buy any colorful watches.

It must be an age thing... I'm also side lining my black Sub and wearing more of my coloured dial Seikos.

As we get younger, we prefer colourful things.

Really very nice watch, I was a huge fan of titanium after picking up the Oceanus but now, I think every watch should be titanium.

Wow and this one is a lume god

firstly, i love everything about the pelagos I (except maybe the low power reserve of its non-cosc eta 2824-2). did try it on when it was 1st released. doesn't feel light for a titanium watch though.

the steinhart ocean titanium 500 has a dull matte grey finish throughout unlike s/steel which can be polished to a shine.

also, i've seen an online photo of steinhart's ocean titanium 500 clasp showed to be scratched easily.

maybe other titanium watches have better quality/finishing that the steinhart.

How do you remove and apply the new bezel insert? Double sided tape? Me noob... never mod watch before.

It's definitely not as light as the Oceanus I have, but that's also because the case is humongous.

It wears about the same as my Steinhart OVM (which I'm selling off, hurhur), but steel vs titanium, like for like size-wise, it's a huge difference, the Steinhart is nice and I still like it a lot for various reasons (the look, the colors, the beautiful domed sapphire).. But there can only be room for one solid dive watch.

How do you remove and apply the new bezel insert? Double sided tape? Me noob... never mod watch before.

Use a Thin blade under original insert to carefully remove. Then either 3M double side tape (precut to bezel insert size) or gs-hypo cement if u want permanent

Or can go find Mr Goh ask him to do
