Do you guys think this watch will look good on leather strap? Maybe dark navy or midnight blue?

Personally I feel that a blue strap will dillute the focus from the blue dial. Perhaps something like black leather will set the stage for it to shine:

Just my humble inputs. :)

Can see this being one of my weekend watch staples :)

Guys quick questions. Any shop to recommend where they can help change my SRP779 crystal? Was thinking of getting it replace with a sapphire one. Thanks :)

Yes, keep it. They make a great pair. Or get a BLNR and trade this sub for the 116610LV.

Haha yes, you of all people would know ! Did you get the Swtich already ? I didn't pre-order, not sure if there is available stock for walk-in customers.

screw the BLNR. The 114060 is the most versatile Rolex

sorry, some bias in my reply :D

Yeah. The centre links on the BLNR kind of throw me off.

So basically, I sold/gave away everything except for the Calatrava; and I have the intention to put it away for an extended period of time. Been trying to rebuild with "smaller" pieces that I can rotate regularly.

At this point I have the :

1)114060
2)FOIS (got rid of the Pro *gasp*)
3)114720

There's a Bvlgari Diagono Chrono from when I was young and thought I could be Iron Man but it's going to be something I keep for sentimental reasons.

Been thinking about replacing the 114720 with the 214720; or just getting the 114300.

Bleh. Decisions.

Collecting the Switch after work. If you didn't preorder, i would imagine that it'll be hard to get one through walk-in. You can try Carousell or wait for the second batch which should be in April I think.

If i could turn back my life again just buy this - 5119J, 5711 and 5167 =:p

Yes, the centre polished links prone to scratches although it gives the BLNR a more dressy look

There's a saying, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"

Do nothing! you've got all the watch that you need :)

Took this like 2-3 months after first getting the watch back in 2012. I don't drink anymore.
