The cream coloured lume/hands don't really scream, "look ma, I'm vintage!" in a way that is really overplayed nowadays. They add a really nice warmness to the dial. I like it! Might get more wear than the Sub.

but nowadays the milking the vintage scene. which is good in some sense because legit vintage prices are over the roof and not everyone can tank.

You'll have to visit Zenith boutique at MBS. It is out of stock in the continent hence if you are serious in buying, you'll need to place a deposit of 50% for them to order from Switzerland, it'll take about 6 days to arrive. Their discount is not great (can't recall exactly).

Go for bracelet and ask them to throw in an additional leather strap plus extend warranty.

Looks and feels ok, the Black Bay(and even the sub) was much worse, I'm not sure why.

Ahh.. The only problem is I have most of my shirt cuffs sized for the Calatrava so even the Batman is already pushing it in terms of cuff clearance.

Guess I'll have to roll my sleeves up everyday.

shouldn't be a problem to swap out the shirt cuffs from your bespoke, tailored shirts.
