My fav FC is still the dark blue moonphase manufacture...the one that got away
But got another moonphase to curb itch liao
So still ok
练气喽。。。这个月练习在水里憋个二十秒,下个月25秒。。。Why did you have your bezel marker at the 20 min mark?
if rolex pretends to care about performance so much, the least they can do is to add AR coating to their sapphire crystals to aid readability. even way cheaper brands can afford to do that. rolex is just short-changing their customers.
it's not as if rolex hasn't done AR coating before.
case in point: around 2010, rolex started adding AR coating to their date cyclops. not convinced? just go to any 2nd hand shop and compare.
so if they can do it on their date cyclops, wtf don't they do it for the entire crystal?
the bling factor "theory" is merely cooked up by some vainpot, "emperor's new clothes" rolex owner who cares more about bling (complete idiots imo) and consoling themselves for being ripped off by rolex, than basic performance.
being a rolex owner needn't make one blind to its faults.

Don't know local market price, but saw grey prices at $1.7k. Local retail -sgd$5.6k? Since FC Suggest retail around chf 4K
There was ever a mass order side offering at 1k UsD, missed the offer as I was flying off. Didn't had enuff time to buy etc
So knowing how low it can go, can't bear to buy local first hand or even pre own at going rates of 2k
Where did u see 1.7k grey?!
What's the reason they don't do to entire crystals? Cost?

Is $4k a fair price for Tudor BB Black rose logo?
Aren't you complaining that rolex shld have AR cause it's expensive?
Oh wait, maybe you're hoping that prices will go up and flip it?
a few points:
what makes you so certain it's not a deliberate design choice to exclude AR coating?
what makes you so certain that the bling factor "theory" is just a theory, and not something that was taken into consideration by their R&D team?
do you work for rolex, or have access to information that is not readily available for everyone else?

learning from the master flipper himself!![]()
i'm simply questioning how you can be so adamant about these two points being a fact. not sure how you managed to link my queries to who i do or do not work for."deliberate design choice"? deliberately bad.![]()
oh, so now YOU work for BOTH rolex as well as seiko?![]()
rrp was $4,680 before the customary 15% discount when they were in stock in the ADs/boutique. plus you get tudor branded premiums + 3 yr warranty if bought from boutique.
I mean it's OK to flip but don't judge rolex design based on what you think.
It could be deliberate design by rolex themselves.
It's been there for years. Ppl complain but still they buy.
I can honestly tell you 90% of rolex owners don't know what is AR.
So to rolex, having AR Is not a selling point to the mass
At a biz pov, why change something that is moving so well and since 90% of their customers don't know AR, why incurred more cost?
Food for thought.
