anyone think the submariner exhibit is a waste of marketing funds and its pointless?
why market or exhibit something that virtually everyone knows about?
when you say rolex, first thing come to mind is either the datejust uncle watch or the evergreen submariner?

they should spend money on marketing the oyster perp, the less known sea dweller or even the gmt-master.

I used to go to K2 (Mr Goh) to install all the mod parts. cost is about $35

anyway, rolex sub is pretty mass marketed. anyone who wants a good solid everyday luxury watch, it's the best choice out there.

like i say, anyone who is a salary man/woman is able to afford it if they want to.

The sub is too iconic a watch to do a half-F exhibition on. There are probably enough information and artifacts on the sub to even build a museum around!

They rebrand GS. So it's independent now.

I own a few GSs. Not enough.
