On closer examination, I found that to be true. But what I like is the striking blue color. OK la for this price point I won't complain. Maybe whack a marine master next time time.

Yes. And apparently there were typo errors on the back casing for the first batch for this watch. 'special edition' was spelt as 'special editoin' or something like that..

Nothing like a little "artisanal hand-made typographical error, showcasing the many hours it takes to complete the caseback" to drive up the secondary prices.

Haha. Read the comments online and I literally LOL-ed when people mention that the price for the typo-ed pieces will be worth more over the years. If anything this goes to show lack of attention to detail.
