Rolex always do subtle changes that you don't notice.
Now got mark 1, 2, 3 etc
I think the change was done for 2018 onwards
2017 set is still thin font.

Try Watch Wonderland at Suntec Level 1. They have a catalogue and nice selection of Hirsch straps there.

May I know where you guys buy your springbar tool? Any recommendations?

This one from Aliexpress is pretty good for a low end one.

Of course other more expensive ones may do the job better but I’ve found it’s also skill and experience that plays an important role.

For tight bracelets, just use thumb tacks to remove.
