pardon me bro.....but the pic of this sub differs from stock images of sub.....notice the bottom half missing the words

"SUPERLATIVE CHRONOMETER"
"OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED"

at 6'o clock position it is "SWISS" which should be "SWISS MADE"

Good eye, sniper. There's one guy on this here forum named sleepyman, and his watches differ from stock images waaaay too much. I mean, it's not as if the first iterations of these things were made more than 60 years ago. I saw a knockoff version of Windows called "Windows 95";it ran like it was made in some sweatshop in rural China!

Hmm.. the Rolex Submariner has its first iterations since when I also dunno leh.

Think am q heng to get this 2 with their original papers and bits abt 1 year back... they call it the mk5 and mk6 red submariners from 72 and 73.. of course, they could be made in some rural part of china, who cares?
Current offers on them are only abt 2x what i paid.

Still looking but prices are q mad nowadays for a decent pc, buzz me if you found any k.

Oh at the background is a "stock image" from the catalogue printed in the early 70s yeah.. so its abt there lah.

The guy who made noise about my 16610 also asked me why I say unpolished but chamfers so thin.. Then show me 5513 pic. Wanted to facepalm.

Rolex sub the most replicated watch with their closed casebacks, making these transition models just makes spotting fakes much harder eh. Only the sharpest and knowledgeable can differentiate it seems, like some on this forum.

Anyone that did a SKX mod at K2 can share how much does:

- changing to double dome sapphire cost?
- changing to Mercedes hands cost?

Thanks in advance! :D

Eh.. I thought BallGag was being satirical there haha

Sent from Tomorrowland using GAGT

Satirical ? I called someone out for using a fake iPhone today, it had a mechanical home button. Pfftt..these knockoff factories can't even get capacitive buttons right.

Post what about my watches that is not right man, since you pointed out.

I had nothing to do with you before that post.
I learnt that we r all here to share the passion of watches, you might not like the watches i have, but cmon, why stir from nothing?

He certainly was. As for the other guy, not sure ignorant or trolling..

Certainly i take it as an offence bro, i have pride of what i own.
Made from rural china and now fake iphone?
If he did his homework and you did yours, you would probably know who is ignorant or just sitrring s*** from nothing.

Did you read the post I was referring to?

Someone made a post comparing cyrenic's watch to the stock image of a modern ceramic sub. The insinuation was that something wasn't right with cyrenic's piece as it was different from said stock image.

I brought you up because you clearly have a more than respectable vintage collection. My case in point was that a product manufactured in the 70's, 80's or 90's would look different than one produced in today's standards. I found it hilarious that the original poster seemed to have this idea that a product could only have one possible reference, and tried to apply the same logic to different things, like Windows and iPhones.

Gee, and the car comparison was coming too.
