I agree, and will be exceedingly pleased if Rolex remove this from future iterations of the Sea Dweller.

I think it's going to be another 3 - 5 years at least since the red dweller is selling so well compared to its predecessor.

I still like the SD4000

Decided to keep it for a while before passing it on. Cant wait for the weekends man

Does yours have any rattling sound when you shake the watch? Mine has a rather loud rattling sound. Still thinking whether i should send it back to Elshan to have a look or onot.

The SD4K is hot, given its discontinuity in such a short production period.

DXMachina is definitely holding on to a goldmine.

2 years and most of the time sitting on the shelves.

a AD that i know very well told me he had 6-7 pieces on hand at a time, nobody wanna come close to it. 15% off somemore
everyone was looking for DSSD or Subs.
Nobody is into the SD4k because it looks the same as the sub to many and it cost a few grand more. nobody is willing to pay for that minimal difference. but no cyclops - ftw

Right after Rolex announced the redweller, its went off like the wind, all gone within a week or so.
I still managed to try it on in the AD once.

OT-
Should have gotten this that time, now the price went over the roof man.
was offered a good discount at the AD. nobody actually buy these then, back in 2013, now sports rolex is as rare as a patek nautilus in stores

Granted, PP are rare as their production lines are less automated and parts are all assembled by hand. Rollies are mass-produced. Their rarity now is deliberate.

Mine has the rotor moving..

Thanks.

the rattling sound on mine is really loud. I can even hear it when i wear it on my wrist and just doing normal activities (e.g. driving)

No worries. I think i'll send it in to Elshan to check on it. Im sure he'll take care of it :)
