I will get the 5711 and go change to blue dial.

The certificate of origin states its full reference number, indicating the dial colour.

Other than the above, it's doable, provided you're somehow able to procure the blue dial with the accompanying matching hands set for the swap. Which is highly unlikely. This isn't a Daytona or Explorer 2.

anyone has a good shop to recommend to service some old watches - i have 2 AP royal oaks and 1 VC overseas which i think i should service. all about 15-20 years old already.

This reminds me of the saying

"Wants to buy Mercedes, but can only afford Toyota servicing cost"

People now buy watches never factor in servicing cost~
