Someone asked the same question early last year, answer was buy new movement and replace. Problem is local watch maker are not familiar with this movement and spare parts not on hand, thus its "cheaper" to replace the entire movement and swap the dial + hands over.

I see. Guess it's not worth buying when no local watchmaker here cannot service it.
I like the bi-compax dial layout of those ST19 Strela watches.
Probably have to get a ETA 7753 based watch with a similar bi-compax dial where someone locally can service it when needed.
