The Watch Thread - Part 15

[cet87]

Looking to make my first automatic watch purchase. Currently shortlisted 2 watches from Orient.

1. Symphony 2
2. Sun and Moon V3 with arabic wording

Any recommendations to make cheap but reliable purchase? Physical shop preferred....

The win shop at bencoolen?

If I may ask, what’s the damage?

Hi bigbossftw ! The damage is s$5544 bought from AD. You can get much more cheaper from the grey market. This watch doesn't hold value to be honest.

Congrats and hi fellow BBB

Old shot

Hello, my fellow watch collectors! I am excited to share with you my newly purchased Tudor Black Bay Bronze 2016 edition.

Worth the asking price? Resale value not strong I feel. I think the actual value could be closer to $1500... What do you guys think?

2 days in a row!

[arc13]

Ya u r correct
Was doing some checks for SKX007
J model here is with Arabic day wheel while K model available here is with Spanish day wheel
Production wise I believe from same place

A lot of the MIJ models are for the Middle Eastern market.

The Middle Eastern market has rules that the country of origin must be specified on the product - something like that.

That's why I say, J versus K, it's just in the mind.

Only JDM models like this unless u mod urself

I see. But how to get those with Japanese day? Like 水 金?
