Hi! I'm looking to buy a BNIB Omega Speedmaster 300m in Carousell. There are many users selling with a decent price (around 3k), like swissengine_sg and singapore_stuff. Is there anything that I should watch out for and has anyone here bought from them to confirm that they're legit?

Do I need to check the authenticity with swatch service?

i believe those are parallel import with their own so called 2yrs warranty.

omega by default comes with 5yrs international warranty.

alot of these skeptical sellers on carousell recently, getting alot more. if its too good to be true then its too good to be true. at such prices, the dealers/resellers will be sweeping clean already, if its still there means people don't dare touch.

if u read through his reviews.

they operate under a few different username, nickalice is one of them. they have pretty good reviews on carousell/lazada selling cheap grey tag, breitling then recently adding in tudor/omega.

got some negative comments on lazada.

i suggest u don't waste your time on them, most people that buy cheap tag from them wont even bother to go for authentication, probably not wanting to know the truth.

no other than swatch group itself. but their watch all mostly pre-orders one. u can try asking them to deal upon authentication.

I think if pricing is something like $200-300 off, it is still possible.

But to halve the asking price, only fools will believe that it is authentic. Way too good to be true. If I can sell for $3.6K and people will still grab, why am I selling at $2,000? Put yourself in the shoes of the seller, and think if it makes sense. Why he's so nice to forgo upwards of $1,600? Cos he is very nice and trying to gain karma? Even if authentic, something is fishy about the whole thing.

Also, why does he use chrono24 pictures in his listing?
