Anyone knows how much a Omega Aqua Terra 38mm costs at the boutique now? Thinking of that vs a Grand Seiko.

Anyone knows how long is the waitlist for the new VC overseas in 34.5mm (4600V/200A-B980) and do you have to have any prior purchases with VC before u can enter the waitlist? Thanks in advance!
