big mistake to use his own name as the literal name of the brand imo
obviously his main target market is watch enthusiasts by calling it haute horlogorie and pricing the watches as such, but these people wouldn't know who benjamin chee is because he's not the watchmaker either
strange decision all around

best of luck tho, at least he got balls to pursue his dream and that's very respectable

For the same amt, you can’t even get a basic Rolex professional and It’s not difficult to pull the trigger when it is a slightly special timepiece compared to the masses..

I guess the only barrier left is deciding either carousell or reputable grey dealers. Haven’t seen it in brighttime or watch exchange. And not enough self confidence to authenticate watch on carousell haha

Checkout the watch elsewhere before hand and fullset with receipt would be good. If not at least have warranty card. Further step such as meeting at AD (MBS) to resize or regulate timings etc is strongly recommended.

After dealings in Carousell for a while, some time is to “buy the seller”
