My wife's Cartier watch needs battery replacement. Is there a need to go back Cartier for that? Relatively pricey for a battery replacement, but concerned if doing it anywhere else may void certain warranty or servicing avenues in future.
Er... dont be the penny wise pound foolish person wor. You can get it replace at any HDB watch repair shop for cheap, but at the expense of wrong screwdriver use, kanna scratch on the back.. suck thumb lor.

Go to proper watchshop bah.

Yes, definitely a proper watch shop. I am just not sure if need to go back to Cartier boutique (definitely more expensive) or ok to let other watch shops replace.

thoughts on the upcoming (and leaked a while ago) patek cubitus?

I hope it’s not too big. For me I like my medium Santos. Or would even use the Nomos. But a Glashutte Original or Bvlgari seems abit big so curious to see the actual size

Anyone can recommend a man’s watch within $300 that the hands will auto illuminate in the dark. No leather belt.
Tritium gas tube hands watches so far the cheapest are $300+. You may check out two brands that specialise in these types of watches, Marathon and Luminox.
