SDDS is 3900meters and deep blue iirc just 1000 meters top

Deep Blue depthmaster 2 goes to 3000m. That’s got to put it on the chart.
Even Rolex started off as a Professional tool watch as with many other brands

It's a tough call - the 39mm size is better but the dial looks swollen, the 42mm's lugs are a bit longer than I'd have liked. In the end I went with a better proportion.

Hi guys, I have a IWC Portuguiser of the model: iw500705 -- bought in 2017.
Have been keeping it in dry cabinet (around 46% humidity setting) over the last few months due to covid lockdown.

Recently, I found the leather strap became rather sticky, and was cracking.

Is it because it is too dry?

Any recommendations for 3rd party straps for IWC?

Other cosmetic issues: microscopic scratches on glass, and on the bezel.

Could they be fixed by 3rd party too?

How much u want to spend on replacing strap? Alligator is never cheap
Just buy online, watch a video and replace.

What’s a good brand to spot that will become a good investment?

Rolex sport watches nobody wanted decades ago even the Daytona paul Newman Model.

Tag Heuer also did well in the this area appreciating well as with Tudor.
Panerai and Franck Muller came and went....
