Now 5-8%. If you know the SA. Maybe 15% max max. Try sincere. They don't have rolex. So they not so xia lan
Times changed. 20-30% hahahahaha. Maybe in 2014

Any good reputable 2nd hand watch dealers? I've been to watch capital, watch vault, chuan watch, bright time but the selections they have is not what I'm after. I'm looking to purchase either a Rolex 42mm Yatcht Master White Gold or AP Royal Oak

i also buy from ricky thefinesttime. he has a shop at harbourfront, check carousell

iirc 15-20% discount should be possible
If you really daring… you can try 25-30%.
but it still depend on the SA… how desperate they are for sales and how eager the AD wants to clear certain watches.

if you don’t intend to build a relationship with AD then you can consider going to pre owned… CHUAN, HJ are some of the shops I know which have IWC pre owned
Thank you for that. I spoke to THG and was given 15% no more no less. Found someone on carousell who is selling a new piece and managed to get more than that after some bargaining. One thing which i am curious is that the watch which he took some pics to show me, it comes still with the protective wrap/ cling wrap..all around the watch face as well as the strap. I always thought the AD will remove them for you before handing it over. Also, do they wrap the straps? He told me the watch is purchased from Cortina. If anybody can give some input on your thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

er.... you wanted more discount and you found it outside the retail channel. Now you still got doubts on the piece and the seller ah? Like this better buy from retail channel instead, more assurance for you then.

We cant speak for Cortina nor the experience that was given to him (the seller) over the cling wrap thingy.

Not sure how compelling is the additional discount, but if u not confident and want peace of mind and after sales service, better get fr AD.

tiagong some carousell sellers once deal w u already will ghost u out one…. Not to say they dupe u, but basically unlike AD, they dont owe u aftersales service.
