Omg...... a nautilus....

I think i just came in my pants.... =P

Jeremy... audio n photography are equally exp hobbies >.< or rather imo photography is a more exp sports than watches...
Entry level DSLR eith 18-55mm lens n 50mm prime cost abt 4k? Havent add dry box, filters cleaning kit, tripod, memory card.
Then the upkeep

Imagine a PENTAX 40MP pro dslr cost about 180k usd... i think can buy about 5 full gold YMT or daytona

Let me checked up, I never know of any camera which cost that much............................

Watch hobby is definitely more expensive than audio and photography as Watch is considered Jewellery......................:D

Talking about a Full gold Daytona about $30K ? I think if u are buying a FF Nikon/Canon and a few Trinity lenses also doesn't come up to that amount.

Example :
Nikon D4 - $7K
Nikon 1424 F2.8 - $3K
Nikon 2470 F2.8 - $3K
Nikon 70200 F2.8 VR2 - $3.3K

Total ~ $16.3K, put in another $4K for all your accessory also doesn't come up to $30K.

Even if u are considered a MF PRO Body like the Leica S2 which cost about $45K as a comparing to a EM lowest model is peanut......................:s22:

but photography u can go into freelance mah to earn some quick bucks. see nowadays so many freelance wedding photographers.

watches u cant really make an earning out of it.. both also expensive hobby lah.

Actually, it's a "good investment" on your watch as compared to your DSLR not taking inflation into consideration.

Because through time, watches price will appreciate. Did u see any swiss brand watches price dropping ? NO, it's price had been increasing every year......................:o

But electronic thing like camera through time can drop away liao.............................:s13:

So smart people will buy Elite watch to keep.............................:D

Did you go to Kame Kichi, a few units away from Jack Road?

And House Kihiroba in Shibuya.

If you visited all 3, then you are pretty much done. There are other smaller ones here and there but those 3 are pretty much a must-go.

The only reason I don't like Daytona is that it does not have calender..

Moi never notice but moi prefer watch with no date, hate to adjust when its stopped for a few days..................:D
